Step 1: Apply about 1 to 2 pumps of Illuminating Hydrating Eye Cream onto your clean fingertips.

Step 2: Then using fingers, dot lightly under eye tapping gently from the inner part to the outer part under the eyelids, stopping at the temple. Dot lightly above the eyelids from the inner part all the way towards the temple.
